AI Implementation & Automation Lead

The AI Implementation & Automation Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end digital transformation of the firm’s workflow. The goal is to move from manual, paper-heavy processes to an "AI-First" consultancy model, reducing turnaround time by 50% and enabling the 4x revenue growth strategy.

1. Workflow Auditing & AI Integration:

• Process Mapping: Audit existing manual workflows for Tax Filing, Company Incorporation, and Trademark Research.
• Tool Selection: Identify and deploy AI tools for document extraction (OCR), legal research automation, and automated drafting of Shariah-compliant contracts.
• CRM Automation: Implement an AI-driven Client Relationship Management (CRM) system that automatically sends tax deadlines and reminders to clients.

2. Data Management & Security

• Internal Knowledge Base: Build a private, secure GPT-style "Firm Intelligence" bot trained on Sanaullah & Co.’s past case files, FBR rulings, and Pakistan’s Tax Ordinances for instant internal referencing.
• Compliance: Ensure all AI tools comply with Pakistan’s data privacy laws and maintain client confidentiality.

3. Operational Efficiency

• Drafting Automation: Reduce the time taken to draft "Legal Opinions" or "Audit Responses" from hours to minutes using fine-tuned LLM templates.
• Bot-Led Client Onboarding: Create an AI chatbot for the website to qualify leads and collect initial documents (NTN, CNIC, Incorporation certificates) without human intervention.

4. Staff Training & Adoption

• Upskilling: Conduct weekly workshops to train the CAs, CMAs, and Lawyers on how to use AI for faster research and communication.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the "Time-per-Task" metric to ensure AI implementation is actually resulting in faster delivery.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree preferred in AI, Automation, or Digital Transformation will be an added advantage with professional finance education CA/ACCA/ICMA/CIMA certifications will be an edge.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in AI implementation, process automation, or digital transformation roles, preferably within professional services, consulting, fintech, or SaaS based company.
• Proficiency in No-Code/Low-Code automation (Zapier, Make.com), AI LLMs (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini), and Prompt Engineering.
• Strong Understanding of the Pakistani Tax/Legal landscape (FBR, SECP, IPO) is a massive plus.
• Ability to identify which tasks should be automated and which require the "human touch" of a partner.
• Experience integrating APIs, CRM systems, document management systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Pay: Up to Rs500,000.00 per month
