Amazon Team Lead

Ayra International is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Amazon Team Lead to manage and scale our presence on the US marketplace. The ideal candidate must have complete command over A to Z Amazon account management, particularly within the leather jacket/apparel niche, and proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

  • Lead and manage the Amazon team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Oversee complete Amazon account management (A–Z) including catalog, inventory, and performance
  • Develop and execute product listing optimization strategies (titles, bullets, descriptions, SEO, images)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including:
  • Sponsored Products
  • Sponsored Brands
  • Sponsored Display
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, ROAS)
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for the US marketplace
  • Manage product launches and ranking strategies
  • Handle account health, policy compliance, and performance notifications
  • Coordinate with design, content, and supply chain teams
  • Analyze data and generate reports to drive decision-making
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Amazon accounts (US marketplace preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Manager
  • Proven experience in the leather jackets/apparel niche
  • Strong expertise in Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and catalog management
  • Hands-on experience with PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms and ranking strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
