Amazon Private Label Specialist

EcomPartners is looking for an experienced Amazon Private Label Specialist to join our team and help grow our Amazon business through strong product hunting, PPC management, listing optimization, and account management.

We are looking for someone who understands Amazon private label from a practical, hands-on perspective. This role is ideal for a person who can identify winning product opportunities, manage and optimize PPC campaigns, improve listings, solve catalog issues, and make data-driven decisions that support growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Hunting & Research

• Research and identify profitable product opportunities for Amazon private label
• Evaluate products based on demand, competition, margins, trends, and overall market potential
• Analyze competitors, pricing, reviews, and sales performance to find high-potential products
• Use product research tools and market data to support product selection decisions

PPC Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display where applicable
• Manage both auto and manual campaigns, including keyword targeting, ASIN targeting, keyword harvesting, and negative targeting
• Monitor and improve ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate
• Reduce wasted ad spend while scaling profitable campaigns

Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, optimize, and manage listings for new and existing products
• Improve titles, bullet points, backend keywords, product attributes, variations, and A+ Content
• Resolve listing and catalog issues such as suppressed listings, variation errors, stranded inventory, flat file updates, and category mismatches
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain strong account health

Performance & Reporting

• Track key business metrics including sales, sessions, conversion rate, organic ranking, ad performance, buy box percentage, and profitability
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, performance summaries, and action plans
• Identify growth opportunities using Amazon data, search behavior, and competitor research

Inventory & Operational Support

• Coordinate with internal teams to help prevent stockouts and maintain healthy inventory levels
• Monitor restock recommendations, stranded inventory, inbound shipment issues, and inventory performance
• Support promotions, coupons, pricing tests, and launch strategies with data-backed recommendations

Customer Experience & Reviews

• Monitor review and rating trends and recommend ways to improve customer satisfaction
• Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest product or listing improvements
• Support review-building initiatives such as Vine where relevant

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Amazon private label brands
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Proven experience in product hunting and Amazon PPC management
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, indexing, keyword relevance, and conversion-focused listing optimization
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, CONCAT, and pivot tables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and the ability to explain performance and decisions professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
