AI Influencer Architect / Viral Growth Specialist

Job Description

We are building the next generation of brand influence using AI-generated influencers, viral content systems, and podcast-driven storytelling. This role is not about posting content. It is about engineering attention.

You will be responsible for designing, launching, and scaling AI influencers that feel real, culturally relevant, and impossible to ignore—then using them to grow brands across social platforms and long-form media (including podcasts).

What You’ll Do

• Design and create AI-generated influencers (visual identity, personality, tone, backstory, evolution)
• Build viral content loops across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
• Use AI tools (image, video, voice, LLMs) to produce high-volume, high-quality content
• Engineer growth strategies, not just posts—hooks, narratives, retention, shareability
• Integrate AI influencers into brand advertising campaigns that convert
• Develop and host (or script) AI-driven podcasts or hybrid human/AI shows
• Analyze performance deeply and iterate fast (data beats opinions)
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and cultural trends

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience making content go viral (organically)
• Deep understanding of social algorithms and attention economics
• Strong grasp of AI content tools (image, video, voice, text)
• Cultural intelligence: you understand memes, timing, irony, and taste
• Strategic thinker: you see patterns, systems, and leverage points
• Comfortable experimenting publicly and failing fast
• Bonus: experience with podcasts, storytelling, or long-form content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
