AI LangGraph Developer

Location: Bahria Town Phase 6, Rawalpindi, Pakistan (Must be available during US business hours, 7pm-4am)

We are seeking an experienced LangGraph Developer to join our innovative AI team immediately. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize stateful, multi-actor applications using LangGraph, focusing on integrating large language models (LLMs) for complex AI workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong background in graph-based AI development, with hands-on experience in creating scalable, agentic systems. This position requires working in US timezones to ensure seamless collaboration with our global team and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Use CoPilot Tool Kit and Cursor AI for speedy Development
• Design and implement LangGraph-based applications, including defining nodes, edges, and state management for multi-agent systems.
• Integrate LangGraph with LLMs (e.g., via LangChain ecosystem) to build conversational agents, decision-making workflows, and dynamic AI pipelines.
• Develop custom graphs for tasks such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, and long-running processes with persistence.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to translate requirements into robust LangGraph solutions.
• Optimize graphs for performance, scalability, and error handling, including debugging complex state transitions and cycles.
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices for version control (e.g., Git), and ensure adherence to Python and LangChain coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LangGraph, LangChain, and related AI frameworks to recommend innovative approaches.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers working on AI projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a LangGraph Developer or in similar roles involving graph-based AI frameworks.
• Proven expertise in LangGraph, including building custom graphs, agents, and stateful applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in LangChain, LangSmith, and related libraries for LLM orchestration.
• Hands-on knowledge of integrating with APIs, databases (e.g., vector stores like Pinecone or FAISS), and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Experience with testing and deployment tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Must have experience working with Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding and development workflows.
• Experience with CopilotKit (Copilot Toolkit) for building in-app AI copilots, including integration with React, LangChain, and LLMs via the AG-UI protocol.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with US timezones (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM EST availability required).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant LangGraph or AI projects.
• Must be available to join immediately—no notice period preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced LLM frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, or Anthropic Claude.
• Knowledge of graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and visualization tools for debugging AI workflows.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
• Background in machine learning operations (MLOps) for deploying AI models at scale.
