Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and production-level system design, with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems.
• Lead AI research and development projects from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into applications and workflows.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, libraries, and technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in AI development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML research.
• Drive initiatives in areas such as NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
• Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
• Experience deploying models into production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT), generative models, or multi-modal AI.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.).
• Contributions to AI research (papers, patents, open-source).
• Strong in Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with R, Java, or C++ is a plus

• OpenCV (for computer vision), SpaCy or NLTK (for NLP)
• Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)

• Big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
• Model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, Flask/FastAPI

• CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
