AI Learning Designer (Contractual role)

We combine data-driven sourcing strategies with deep industry expertise to deliver results that go beyond resumes. We’re now expanding our sales development team to accelerate growth and that’s where you come in.

Role Overview

We're looking for someone who can create high-quality, engaging training videos and interactive e-learning (end-to-end — concept, storyboard, production).

Core Skills:

• Strong motion design + animation
• Experience with interactive e-learning (not PPT-style)
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clean, engaging visuals
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and learner engagement

Tools (must have):

• Articulate Storyline / Rise
• Adobe Suite (other video editing and animation tools)
• Figma (preferable)
• AI video tools like Haygen, Luma, Vyond, NotebookLM, Synthesia (or equivalent)

Experience:

• 4–6 years

Engagement:

• Contract: 3–6 months (extendable)
• Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week)
