AI Legal Consultant – Law Firm Training & Implementation

Job Summary

As an AI Legal Consultant/Partner, you’ll lead a new division of one of the fastest growing AI Companies. You’ll help clients implement, train, and integrate AI into everyday workflows while building your own portfolio of business.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and engage law firms, legal departments, and professional service organizations interested in AI adoption
• Advise clients on integrating AI for research, drafting, compliance, discovery, and workflow automation
• Conduct client assessments and design tailored AI strategies and solutions
• Deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops on AI adoption and ethical use
• Collaborate with other consultants and the core team to refine frameworks and share best practices
• Manage your own book of business with full independence and flexibility

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in legal services, consulting, or technology (law firm, SaaS, or compliance background preferred)
• Understanding of legal workflows, operations, or document processes
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to generate and manage client relationships
• Excellent communication, relationship, and presentation skills
• Passion for AI, innovation, and helping the legal profession evolve
• No bar license required, though legal experience or exposure is a plus

Compensation

• 100% commission-based model; you earn directly from every engagement you originate or deliver
• Commission tiers range from 30%–60% of net engagement revenue depending on contribution level
• Top performers can achieve six-figure+ annual income with no cap on earnings
