Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in demand forecasting, predictive analytics, and time series modeling, with the ability to develop scalable ML models that solve real business problems.

This role covers the full ML lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment, monitoring, optimization, and ongoing production maintenance.

Required Skills

• - Advanced Python programming
• - Machine Learning model development
• - Demand Forecasting and Predictive Analytics
• - Time Series forecasting
• - Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, Prophet, or similar libraries
• - Model evaluation and optimization (MAPE, RMSE, Accuracy, etc.)
• - Feature engineering and data preprocessing
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Experience

5+ years of Machine Learning experience - Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production - Experience with forecasting and predictive analytics projects - Experience building production-ready AI/ML systems - Retail, inventory, ERP, or supply chain experience is a strong advantage
