Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Agency Manager to lead a growing team and own delivery, client acquisition, and creative quality. The ideal candidate blends digital marketing leadership, advertising sales, and multichannel strategy. You are a creative problem solver who can direct designers and media buyers, manage pipeline and performance, and use modern tools to increase brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals and KPIs
- Oversee digital programs: SEO, AEO, content marketing, email and SMS, paid media, and social media
- Manage advertising sales initiatives across channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic when needed
- Own pipeline: discovery calls, proposals, SOWs, pricing, contracting, and renewals
- Utilize analytics and BI tools to track performance, attribute revenue, and optimize campaigns
- Direct creative: briefs, brand standards, concepts, reviews, and final QA for ads, web, and content
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep messaging consistent across web, social, email, and e-commerce
- Guide web builds and CRO: landing pages, funnels, A/B tests, heatmaps, and session insights
- Build and manage the team: hire, coach, assign workloads, and standardize playbooks
- Manage budgets, pacing, and margin; forecast revenue and resource needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities
- Maintain high standards for client communication, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements
- Proven experience in agency management or a senior growth role within a marketing organization
- Strong command of performance marketing, B2B marketing, and multichannel strategy
- Track record closing and growing monthly retainers and projects
- Excellent copy instincts and the ability to direct designers, editors, and writers toward conversion goals
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with attribution, cohort analysis, and experimentation
- High ownership, organized, calm under pressure, and client facing

- Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, DV360 or other DSPs

- SEO: Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, Google Business Profile
- CRO and Insights: Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity, VWO or Optimizely, A/B testing frameworks
- Web and CMS: Base44, Webflow, WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce, basic HTML and CSS
- Design and Content: Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva for speed when appropriate
- Project and Knowledge: ClickUp or Asana, Notion, Slack, Git for versioning when needed
- Automation and Data: Zapier, Make, n8n, Segment, basic spreadsheet modeling in Google Sheets
- AI-assisted workflows: ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney or Runway for creative ideation and production assistance
Nice to have: Salesforce or Pipedrive, BigQuery or Snowflake familiarity, Unbounce or Instapage, podcast and UGC workflows, influencer marketplaces, PR distribution tools.
