Job Summary

We are looking for an AI-driven marketing expert to build and scale organic lead generation systems and drive consistent website traffic.

The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools, SEO strategies, and automation workflows to create a self-sustaining inbound lead engine for our business, reducing dependency on paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

AI Lead Generation & Automation

• Build AI-powered lead generation funnels integrating website, CRM, WhatsApp, and email systems
• Develop and implement marketing automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make.com, and CRM platforms
• Create scalable systems for lead capture, nurturing, and conversion

SEO & Organic Growth

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement AI-driven content strategies
• Build programmatic SEO systems to scale organic traffic

Digital Campaigns (Support Role)

• Plan and optimise performance campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
• Improve landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates

(Primary focus remains organic growth and AI systems)

AI Content & Social Media

• Use AI tools to generate and optimise content, reels, and marketing assets
• Repurpose podcasts and long-form content into high-performing short-form content
• Build content systems aligned with SEO and lead generation goals

Data & Performance Analysis

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and dashboards
• Analyse data and continuously optimise for traffic, leads, and ROI

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in AI marketing, SEO, or growth marketing
• Strong expertise in organic lead generation and website traffic growth
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation and automation
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of Python or automation scripting (preferred)
• Understanding of CRM systems and lead management workflows
• Experience in real estate or service industry lead generation is an advantage

• Increase organic website traffic and SEO rankings
• Build automated AI-driven lead generation systems
• Generate high-quality inbound leads for SMS Consulting & SMS Realty
• Improve conversion rates and funnel performance
• Reduce dependency on paid marketing channels
