AI / ML Developer and Engineer

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI services company as a core technical leader. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions across computer vision, NLP, and generative AI, while mentoring engineers and helping scale the team.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data preparation to deployment, across domains such as vision, NLP, GenAI, and predictive systems.
• Build scalable ML pipelines, define best practices, and establish engineering standards.
• Lead technical decision-making, including model selection, code reviews, and debugging complex issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a strong culture of learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and reliable AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends and technologies to keep solutions future-ready.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong expertise in:
• Computer Vision: CNNs, OpenCV, TensorFlow/PyTorch, transfer learning, object detection and segmentation.
• NLP: Transformer models (BERT, T5, GPT), embeddings, tokenization, HuggingFace, spaCy/NLTK.
• Generative AI: LLM orchestration (LangChain), RAG pipelines, chatbots, prompt engineering, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Strong ML fundamentals, including classical algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation using Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills with experience leading teams technically.
