About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI / ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions. You will work closely with data engineers, product managers, and software teams to transform business problems into intelligent, data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and evaluation.
• Implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
• Optimize model performance and accuracy through experimentation and tuning.
• Work with large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Deploy models using REST APIs and integrate with production systems.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document models, workflows, and experiments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, NLP, time-series.
• Experience with data processing tools: Pandas, NumPy, SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Experience with model deployment (Flask, FastAPI, Docker).
• Knowledge of version control: Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have (Plus Points)

• Experience with Deep Learning / NLP / Computer Vision.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow).
• Experience with Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to real-time ML systems.
• Prior experience in product-based or startup environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
