Job Title: AI / ML ENGINEER – TRADING STRATEGY & PREDICTION

Role Summary

We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer to build predictive models for trading strategies using historical and live market data. The role focuses on developing models that can be deployed in real trading environments, not just experimental or academic work.

Responsibilities

● Build machine learning models for:

○ Price direction prediction

○ Volatility forecasting

○ Trade outcome probability

● Work with historical and live trading data (ticks, OHLC, indicators)

● Perform feature engineering using:

○ Technical indicators

○ Market structure data

○ Time-based patterns

● Develop backtesting pipelines for model validation

● Optimize models based on real-world trading performance

● Integrate models into production systems (APIs, dashboards, MT5 tools)

● Continuously retrain and improve models using new data

Required Skills

● Strong programming in Python

● Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch)

● Experience with time-series modeling

● Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering

● Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data pipelines

● Understanding of evaluation metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, Sharpe, drawdown) Preferred Skills

● Experience with trading systems or financial markets

● Understanding of:

○ PnL

○ Risk management

○ Drawdowns

● Experience with reinforcement learning in trading

● Experience with real-time inference systems

● Knowledge of order book or market microstructure

What Success Looks Like

● Models that perform consistently in live trading, not just backtests

● Ability to reduce overfitting and adapt to market changes

● Integration of models into real execution pipelines

● Measurable improvement in trading strategy performance

Disqualifiers

● Only academic or Kaggle experience

● No understanding of noisy real-world data

● No experience deploying models

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
