AI Motion & Video Creator

We are hiring an AI Motion & Video Creator — a one-person production studio. With AI video and motion tools, you produce content that used to require a full crew: product demos, explainer videos, social reels, and web animations.

You know Runway Gen-3, Kling, Veo, and whatever dropped last Tuesday. You combine AI generation with traditional motion skills to create output that looks like a million-dollar production on a startup budget.

Responsibilities:

- Produce short-form marketing videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) — 5-10 per week

- Design web and app animations: micro-interactions, transitions, loading states

- Create professional product demos and explainer animations

- Build motion assets (Lottie, Rive) developers can implement directly

- Stay on top of every new AI video tool and integrate the best immediately

Requirements:

- 2-3 years in motion design and/or video production

- Strong showreel with motion design and video work

- Advanced daily use of AI video tools (Runway Gen-3, Kling, Pika, Veo, Sora)

- Ability to create code-based web animations (CSS, Framer Motion, GSAP)

- Speed without sacrificing polish — you ship fast and it looks premium

- You test every new AI video model on day one
