AI No-Code Course Designer & Developer [Design First] (Remote)

Format: Screen Recording & Scripting Only (No Face, No Voice Required)

The Role

We are seeking a talented AI Course Designer with a strong background in Product Design to lead the production of our technical education content.

Your goal is to empower a global audience to build sophisticated software without writing code. However, functionality is not enough. We want you to teach users how to build beautiful, production-grade applications that look as good as top-tier SaaS products.

IMPORTANT:

• No Face Required: You will never appear on camera.
• No Voice Required: You do not need to record audio. You will write the script, and we will use AI Voiceover tools to generate the narration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design-Led Curriculum: Design project-based modules that teach users how to clone popular, well-designed apps (like Cal AI or Linear) using the Google AI Stack. You are responsible for ensuring the app's UI is high-fidelity and professional.
• The "Silent" Recording: Produce screen recordings that are visually polished. You ensure the workspace is pristine, the node graphs are organized, and the workflow is satisfying to watch.
• Note: Since there is no voice, your mouse movements must be deliberate and smooth to guide the viewer.
• Scriptwriting for AI: Write a precise, step-by-step Instructional Script that corresponds to your video actions. You must be able to explain both the AI Logic and the Design Decisions (e.g., "Why we added this specific padding").
• Resource Creation: Develop comprehensive textual guides (SOPs/Docs) that complement the video lessons, featuring clean screenshots of your UI.

The Stack You Will Teach

• Design: Figma (for planning), Custom CSS/Theming.
• Core AI: Google AI Studio, Vertex AI, Gemini Models.
• Backend & Data: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Stripe Extensions).
• Frontend/No-Code: FlutterFlow, Bubble, or similar (Focus on Advanced Styling).

What Makes You a Good Fit?

• You are a "Designer-Developer": You refuse to use "default" styles. You understand spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy. You don't build ugly prototypes.
• You value Visual Logic: You understand that because you aren't speaking, your screen actions need to tell the story. You don't make erratic mouse movements.
• You are a Strong Writer: You can write scripts that sound human. You know how to explain why you are clicking a button in simple text.
• You stay current: You are already exploring tools like Google Opal/Stitch and thinking about how to apply them to real-world problems.

Required Experience

• Strong Portfolio (Mandatory): We need to see examples of apps you have built that demonstrate exceptional UI/UX design.
• Proven experience building functional apps with No-Code tools.
• Experience integrating Generative AI into applications.
• Proficiency with screen recording software (OBS, ScreenFlow, Camtasia).
• Excellent Written English: (Crucial for creating the AI scripts and documentation).

Note: No microphone or voice recording equipment is needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Rs160,000.00 - Rs320,000.00 per month
