AI & Operations Automation Executive

A growing maintenance, renovation, and joinery company looking for a Digital Operations & AI Executive to help improve systems, workflows, automation, and operational efficiency across the business.

You will work closely with management to help build a more efficient and AI-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

• Implement AI tools across company operations
• Assist with AI-based quotation drafting workflows
• Improve follow-up and scheduling systems
• Help automate repetitive admin tasks
• Support WhatsApp, Jobber, and reporting workflows

Operations & Systems

• Improve operational processes and tracking
• Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
• Organize SOPs and workflows
• Support scheduling and coordination systems

Digital & Marketing Support

• Assist with content coordination and AI-generated content
• Support Google Ads reporting and lead tracking
• Help improve internal digital systems

Team Support

• Help staff use AI tools effectively
• Support implementation of efficient digital workflows

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI, automation, and operations
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• ChatGPT
• Claude
• Google Sheets / Excel
• Zapier or Make.com (preferred)
• CRM or operational systems
• Organized and process-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and implement systems
• Must be currently based in UAE

Preferred

• Experience in operations, automation, startups, or process improvement
• Basic understanding of AI workflows and business automation
• Experience working with operational businesses or service companies

Compensation

• Salary based on experience

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
