AI Practice Lead / AI Solutions Leader

Are you a hands-on AI expert who can bridge the gap between technology and business impact? We’re looking for a go-to AI leader who can drive innovation, support presales, and help organizations unlock real value from AI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AI strategy, solutioning, and innovation initiatives
• Partner with sales teams on presales, demos, and client proposals
• Conduct customer workshops & AI awareness sessions
• Build and deploy real-world AI/GenAI solutions (LLMs, copilots, automation)
• Enable internal teams through hands-on training and upskilling
• Act as a trusted advisor for both clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML & Generative AI
• Expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI frameworks
• Solid programming skills (preferably Python)
• Experience in presales, consulting, or solution architecture
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure OpenAI / AWS / GCP AI services
• Knowledge of MLOps & data engineering
• Exposure to enterprise AI use cases
