AI & Print - Startup - Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a team member to join our startup who has a wide range of experience and capabilities. We are the first AI driven design template for creating custom cards online, we are based in Des Moines with a office that manufacturers the product we sell.

We are looking for someone who is driven and understands and is interested in getting into the startup world. They will have the ability to obtain full time hours and shares within the company.

Duties

• Manage & oversee Production line
• Execute & support creation of marketing plan for social media platforms
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage social media platforms & customer service channels.
• Participate in outside sales & trade shows to create demand for company product.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
• Be willing to have flexibility on daily duties & requirements

Experience

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
