AI Product Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Product Developer to join our healthcare BPO outsourcing company. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven products that streamline healthcare operations, enhance patient engagement, and optimize back-office workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, and healthcare professionals, to translate real-world challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms and models for healthcare-focused products such as patient support systems, RCM automation and any other as per industry practice.
• Collaborate with project managers and healthcare professionals to define AI use cases and system requirements.
• Integrate AI functionalities into web/mobile-based applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and compliance.
• Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data (EHR, claims submission, payment posting, denials) to train, validate, and optimize models.
• Partner with software engineering teams for model deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Ensure AI solutions meet healthcare regulatory standards including HIPAA etc.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, ML, and healthcare technology trends.
• Provide technical documentation and support for AI models and pipelines.

· Demonstrate experience in Big Data, data warehousing, and data analytics projects, especially involving healthcare datasets i-e EHR etc

· Build and optimize large-scale enterprise data architectures leveraging open-source or commercial platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, Denodo, and Immuta.

· Apply strong understanding of data architecture patterns including Kappa and Lambda architectures to support real-time and batch AI/ML pipelines.

· Design and implement scalable data integration workflows to prepare structured and unstructured healthcare data for ML model training and prediction.

· Develop and manage data models (relational, dimensional, data vault) to support various layers of AI products — from raw data ingestion to advanced analytics dashboards.

· Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to ensure the data ecosystem supports explainable AI, model accuracy, governance, and compliance.

· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and support integration with data masking, tokenization, and data privacy platforms like Immuta.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of Proven experience in AI/ML product development.
• Prior experience in healthcare domain (e.g., EMR systems, medical billing is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and ML Platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) etc.
• Knowledge of healthcare data formats and standards.
• Hands-on experience in APIs and product integration.
