AI Product Manager

Job Description:

The AI Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of innovative AI-driven products. This position requires a dynamic individual who possesses a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in solving complex business challenges. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to define product vision, prioritize features, and guide the development team in creating user-centric AI solutions. This role demands proactive stakeholder engagement, the ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable product specifications, and a strategic mindset to identify market opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on business results. Job Requirements:

• 4+ years in product management for tech, with strong AI/ML exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven end-to-end launches of AI products (concept → market).
• Strong analytics; solid grasp of market trends and user-centered design/UX.
• Data-driven decision-making; hands-on with analytics tools.
• Experience with Agile and product tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
• Understanding of AI ethics/regulatory considerations and SDLC fundamentals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned to company goals and customer needs.
• Translate requirements into specs/user stories; work daily with engineering and design.
• Run market and competitor research; turn insights into actionable bets.
• Validate with customers, lead user testing, iterate based on data and feedback.
• Set and track KPIs; manage risks, quality, and timelines.
• Drive Agile rituals (planning, stand-ups, retros) and keep stakeholders aligned.
