AI Program Manager

Role Summary: This role is the “Nerve Center” who creates a "wrapper layer" across individual projects to coordinate shared resources, manage dependencies, and ensure all initiatives collectively support the goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dependencies among related projects across different subsidiaries.
• Translate high-level strategy into tactical project milestones and budgets.
• Remove systemic blockers that hinder project managers at the subsidiary level.
• Lead the project lifecycle from ideation through to deployment and monitoring.
• Acts as a consolidation layer for all projects and tracks and aligning with all parties to guarantee successful achievement of the Program / Projects metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication flow between different types of stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive program documentation and risk registers.

Required Skills:

• 10+ Years of Experience (preferred in Matrix Organization with experience in dealing with Government Customers and Complex structured organizations)
• Senior-level project/program management experience in digital transformation who has managed interconnected projects in a matrix organization.
• Fluency in AI capabilities and limitations to facilitate trade-off conversations.
• Advanced risk management and cross-functional team leadership.
