About the Role
We are looking for an AI Security Program Lead to drive the enterprise Agentic AI Security & Governance program. This role will focus on establishing governance structures, defining AI security policies, and ensuring all AI initiatives align with regulatory, security, and risk management standards.
Responsibilities:

Lead the enterprise AI Security & Governance program across multiple workstreams

Establish the AI Governance Operating Model, including councils, decision frameworks, and escalation paths

Define and implement enterprise AI security policies, standards, and risk frameworks

Align AI governance with regulatory standards including ISO/IEC 42001

Manage AI solution, agent, and tooling inventory along with risk assessment and scoring

Drive cross-functional collaboration across security, legal, privacy, risk, data, and engineering teams

Ensure adoption of AI security architecture and control frameworks

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level governance reporting

Oversee AI risk reviews, red-team readiness, and compliance reporting

Manage program delivery across architecture, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams
Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Security Architecture

5+ years of experience in AI / ML / GenAI / Agentic AI security governance

Proven experience in establishing and scaling enterprise security programs

Strong knowledge of AI risk frameworks, responsible AI principles, and regulatory compliance

Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
