AI Software Engineer

1. Developer skills:

• Skilled at working in the Google GCP environment.
• DialogFlow / CCAI Expert for development and maintenance: traditional structured DF and newer AI enabled playbooks
• Middle / Backend: Expert at Node.js, Fetch()/APIs, SQL and JSON
• Front / middle: Expert with html/javascript and UI design standards
• Profecient managing shared global variables and objects in high volume concurrency applications
• Experience with secure / JWT / OAUTH authentication
• Bonus: AI / Gemini prompting and Vertex API integrations, potential for tuned fine-tuned modeling for advancing VA with common CC tasks – or assisting CC human reps
• Bonus: Experience building or implementing custom Speech to text models (STT) or deploying third party codex.

2. DevOps / Cloud Functions Backlog

• Config/consult on GCP and DF environments, env variables, migration paths/controls
• Setup/maintain databases DBMS (MySql) with corresponding BI/reporting/analytic tools (Looker?)
• CI/CD code control (Visual Studio?), code needs to be more modularized / multi-coder to cloud function deployment (local environment) with repo like Github
• Config/consult, monitor CPUs, code errors, alerts

Testing and Support

• Monitor and research expectations and errors – leading to defect improvement, defect fixes and general continuous improvement
• OLS (web) Test Automation: regression and high-volume stress testing
• VA Test Automation: via Phone dialing appliance and spoken recordings
• Test automation (if possible) for voice and backend (as much as possible)
• Monitor integrations to Dentrix, EzText, PhoneNumLookup, etc.

4. Business Ops / Call Center Quality Control:

• Monitor no-match phrases, disconnects, dead ends leading to DialogFlow tuning.
• System to Monitoring (solution) AI ‘hallucinations’ / proper grounding, ensure coherent dialog with customer – continuous VAS improvements
