AI Solutions Engineer – Enterprise Integrations

About the Role:

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and build AI-driven workflows and agents that integrate OpenAI, Freshdesk, Microsoft Copilot, and our custom applications. This role will bridge business needs and technical implementation, ensuring seamless automation and intelligent workflows across our enterprise ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents leveraging OpenAI GPT models for internal and customer-facing use cases.
• Integrate AI with Freshdesk, Microsoft 365, and custom business applications via APIs and automation frameworks.
• Develop automation workflows using Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Create scalable backend solutions using Python or Node.js for AI orchestration.
• Implement AI-assisted features in Microsoft Copilot and optimize Power Platform workflows.
• Ensure integrations adhere to security, compliance, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, test solutions, and document processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development or integrations
• Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM frameworks
• Proven track record integrating APIs (REST, webhooks)
• Familiarity with Freshdesk, Microsoft Power Platform, and Graph API
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with vector databases and AI search
• Knowledge of KCS and customer support workflows
• Background in Enterprise SaaS
