AI Solution Manager
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Lead and manage a team of AI solution engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
- Collaborate closely with product management, presales, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and architect AI-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI language technologies, including NLP, machine learning models, and related applications
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and language technologies, incorporating best practices into the development process
- Manage technical documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the team and with stakeholders

Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate technical solutions and capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI development or engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Strong expertise in AI technologies, including NLP, machine learning, deep learning frameworks, and language processing tools
- Experience with AI deployment and integration in production environments
- Proven track record managing and mentoring engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
