AI Solutions Analyst II

We have an opportunity for an AI Solutions Analyst II to join our IT team, reporting to the Senior Manager, IT. In this pivotal role, you will work hands-on with business stakeholders and AI platforms to design and configure practical, high-impact AI solutions across the enterprise. Collaborating closely with teams in Sales, Finance, Business Operations, HR and other business functions, you will translate workflows and pain points into AI-powered agents and automations using platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and other agentic AI tools helping Infoblox unlock new levels of productivity and insight without requiring heavy custom engineering.‑impact AI solutions across the enterprise. Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Business Operations, HR, and other functions to identify opportunities where AI and automation can drive measurable business value
• Lead discovery and requirements sessions to document current-state processes and define AI-enabled future-state experiences
• Design, configure, and implement AI-powered solutions using platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and other agentic AI technologies
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and collaborate with Engineering and IT for technical execution
• Prototype, test, and iterate AI agents and automations; manage UAT, incorporate feedback, and drive production rollout
• Drive adoption and change management through enablement sessions, documentation, and AI use case playbooks
• Define success metrics, track impact and usage, and present insights and recommendations to leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor between the AI Practice and cross-functional teams, helping shape and prioritize the AI roadmap
• Own lifecycle management and governance of enterprise AI platforms, evaluating new capabilities and ensuring ongoing optimization
• Support AI integrations and lightweight backend/API development (primarily Python-based) to ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready deployments

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in customer- or stakeholder-facing roles (Solutions Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Consultant, etc.), preferably within technology or consulting environments
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying AI/automation solutions using platforms such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, or similar agentic AI tools; exposure to LLM-based solutions is a strong plus
• Strong business analysis expertise, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating complex needs into functional and technical specifications
• Working knowledge of Python for prototyping, automation, and API integrations, with familiarity in REST APIs and cloud services
• Solid understanding of AI solution architecture, deployment, and production operations in collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to engage VP- and director-level stakeholders confidently
• High-ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through delivery
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience across Sales, Finance, HR, Business Operations, and IT teams
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments while staying current on emerging AI capabilities and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

One Year: Be a recognized trusted advisor on AI solutions at Infoblox, owning a portfolio of AI use cases and driving continuous improvement and expansion of AI capabilities. Help formalize patterns, standards, and best practices for agentic AI across the company and play a key role in evolving the AI Practice roadmap.
