Your role

In this role, you will play a critical part in defining, shaping, and delivering enterprise‑scale AI and data science solutions that support complex digital transformation programs across industries (Oil & Gas preferred) in Saudi Arabia and the region.

• Lead the architecture and design of end‑to‑end AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions from ideation to production.
• Translate complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and secure AI and data architectures aligned with client strategy and outcomes.
• Define solution blueprints covering data ingestion, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams including data engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, and DevOps specialists.
• Ensure alignment with cloud‑native architectures and modern data platforms across hyperscalers and hybrid environments.
• Embed responsible AI, data governance, security, and compliance principles into solution designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, contributing to solution roadmaps, technical decision‑making, and transformation vision.
• Support pre‑sales and proposal activities by shaping AI solution approaches, estimates, and value propositions.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with a strong foundation as a hands-on AI engineer, developer, or solution architect before moving into leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI systems end-to-end, not only managing delivery.
• Strong background in Solution architecture for AI platforms and applications
• Hands-on development (Python, ML frameworks, APIs, orchestration frameworks)
• Deep expertise across Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, Generative AI & LLM-based systems, traditional ML and statistical models as well as simulation / physics-based models
• Mandatory experience with cloud platforms, including Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Data platform stack) and IBM Cloud / Watson ecosystem
• Hands-on experience implementing Explainable AI (xAI) , including model interpretability, decision traceability, and auditability for production-grade and regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, data engineering pipelines and real-time and event-driven architectures
• Prior experience working in industrial environments (Oil & Gas preferred).
