Our focus is to design and implement AI-powered growth systems that help businesses automate marketing, sales, and operations - improving efficiency, consistency, and revenue outcomes.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Solutions Architect to design and build scalable AI-driven systems for both internal use and client deployment.

This is not a traditional developer role.

You will be responsible for translating business needs into structured AI workflows, automation systems, and repeatable frameworks that can be deployed across multiple clients.

What You Will Do1. Design AI-Powered Growth Systems

• Translate marketing, sales, and operational needs into AI workflows
• Build systems for:
• Content generation and distribution
• Lead capture and nurturing
• CRM automation
• Reporting and analytics

2. Build Automation Infrastructure

• Create workflows using tools such as:
• Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n
• OpenAI / LLM APIs
• CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar)

3. Develop Internal Operating Systems

• Build reusable systems for BLVDM:
• Campaign automation pipelines
• Content engines
• Client dashboards
• Reporting frameworks

4. Standardize and Scale

• Convert workflows into repeatable templates
• Ensure systems can be deployed across multiple clients
• Continuously optimize for efficiency and performance

5. Collaborate with Strategy & Marketing Teams

• Work closely with leadership to align systems with growth objectives
• Support implementation across client accounts

RequirementsCore Skills

• Experience building AI workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Strong understanding of automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)
• Experience integrating systems (CRM, email, WhatsApp, analytics tools)
• Ability to think in systems, workflows, and scalability

Preferred Background

• Experience in marketing, growth, or business automation systems
• Understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion flows
• Experience building dashboards and reporting systems

Mindset

• Systems thinker (not task executor)
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Focused on outcomes, not just tools
• Ability to work independently and build from scratch

What This Role Is Not

• Not a pure machine learning role
• Not academic AI researcher role

What Success Looks Like (First 60 Days)

• Built initial AI content generation system
• Implemented lead capture and nurture automation
• Created reporting dashboards for internal/client use
• Delivered at least 1–2 deployable systems for clients
