Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture design and integration of enterprise platforms across the organization. This role will play a critical part in driving digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology solutions with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and scalability needs.

The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and external vendors, ensuring the successful delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready solutions.

• Lead architecture design and implementation across enterprise platforms, including:
• • Productivity & Collaboration tools
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • ERP platforms (Finance, HR, Procurement/Sourcing)
  • Legal & Governance systems
  • Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions
  • AI/ML-driven platforms
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, IT governance, and regulatory compliance (banking standards preferred)
• Drive integration strategies across multiple platforms and legacy systems
• Work closely with security teams to ensure robust, secure architecture design (Zero Trust, IAM, Data Protection, etc.)
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and vendors
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and delivery teams
• Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution validations
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of all deployed solutions

• Strong experience in Solution Architecture & Enterprise Architecture
• Hands-on experience in Security Architecture principles and frameworks
• Expertise in enterprise systems:
• • ERP (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Content Management Systems
  • Collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Experience with:
• • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • API-led architecture & microservices
  • Integration frameworks and middleware
  • Intelligent Automation (RPA, IPA tools)
  • AI/ML solution integration
• Strong understanding of:
• • Banking/Financial Services domain (preferred)
  • Regulatory and compliance standards
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as:
• • TOGAF
  • Zachman (optional)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in architecture roles
• Relevant certifications (preferred):
• • TOGAF
  • Cloud Certifications (Azure/AWS)
  • Security Certifications (CISSP, SABSA, etc.)

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and drive decision-making at senior levels
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
