We are expanding our AI solutions capability and are looking for a strong technical professional to support deployment, troubleshooting, and long-term system performance.

Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Solutions Engineer / AI Agent Support Lead to take ownership of post-sale technical delivery, troubleshooting, after-sales support, and system optimization.

This is not a sales role. Our business team will handle client acquisition and closing. Your responsibility begins after the deal is signed: making sure the AI solution is deployed properly, works reliably, and client issues are handled quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure AI agent systems for internal and client projects
Provide fast and effective after-sales technical support
Troubleshoot workflow failures, bugs, integration issues, and agent performance problems
Improve system stability, speed, reliability, and usability
Support client onboarding, setup, and technical handover
Translate sold solutions into practical, working systems
Maintain deployment guides, SOPs, troubleshooting documents, and support notes
Identify repeated issues and improve the product to reduce support load over time
Help scale internal AI systems into repeatable client-ready solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience with AI agents, automation systems, or AI-powered business workflows
Strong hands-on skills in Python, APIs, integrations, and debugging
Ability to solve problems quickly and accurately in live business environments
Experience supporting deployed systems, not just building prototypes
Strong communication skills in English
Good documentation and organizational skills
High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Ability to work on-site in Dubai Preferred
Experience in real estate, proptech, CRM automation, or operations automation
Familiarity with LLM workflows, LangChain, AutoGen, multi-agent systems, or similar tools
Experience with cloud deployment, Docker, and workflow automation platforms
Familiarity with WhatsApp/chat-based automation or client-facing AI workflows
Understanding of UAE / Dubai operational business needs
