About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer with a passion for prompt engineering and conversational AI to help design, build, and optimize voice-based AI agents. This role sits at the intersection of GenAI development and real-world deployment, focused primarily on crafting high-quality prompts and personas for voice bots used in demos and client environments.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the sales, solutions and delivery teams— ensuring that our AI voice agents are accurate, reliable, and tailored to client workflows.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Design and iterate on prompts and conversational flows for voice-based AI agents powered by STT, LLM and TTS providers (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs etc.)
  • Build quick, high-impact demos of voice bots to support the sales team in showcasing capabilities to potential clients
  • Develop and refine agent personas, voice tones, and fallback strategies to enhance user experience and reliability
  • Support the deployment of AI agents into real-world environments by assisting the Solutions and Delivery teams with configuration, tuning, and iteration
  • Conduct rigorous testing across a wide range of user scenarios to ensure robustness, edge case handling, and graceful failure modes
  • Continuously refine prompts, fallback strategies, and dialogue flows to improve reliability, clarity, and conversational quality
  • Prototype and test new features and use cases quickly in a fast-paced, 0 1 environment
  • Document best practices and build internal tools/playbooks to improve repeatability and scalability of deploy

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills — you know how to break down vague requirements into concrete solutions
  • Hunger to learn, hustle, experiment and take initiative — a true self-starter
  • Ability to thrive in the chaos and ambiguity of early-stage startup environments and take ownership of outcomes
  • Prior experience (or strong interest) in LLMs, prompt engineering, and/or conversational AI
  • Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, n8n etc.)

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or deploying voice bots or AI agentic systems
  • Background in product, conversation design or linguistics
  • Familiarity with prompt evaluation techniques and tooling
