AI Solutions Head

Role: AI Solutions Head - Arabic Speaking

Location: Riyadh, Saudi (Full time)

Rate: Up to 60K SAR

Key Responsibilities

Client-Facing Solutioning

• Partner with client engagement and technical teams to gather business requirements and convert them into practical AI/analytics solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on solution architecture, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Act as the technical lead in client workshops and delivery discussions.

Model Development & Execution

• Build and deploy machine learning models and end-to-end analytical workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and validation.
• Leverage a mix of classical ML and deep learning techniques (e.g., forecasting, NLP, optimization, anomaly detection).
• Ensure models are reliable, modular, and production-ready.

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers in model development and project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and uphold high technical standards across the team.

Integration & Deployment

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models seamlessly into production.
• Ensure solutions are containerized, API-enabled, and compatible with CI/CD pipelines.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Keep pace with the latest ML/AI advancements and evaluate their relevance for real-world use.
• Drive internal prototyping and experimentation to test new approaches.
• Share insights through documentation, demos, and team knowledge sessions.

Technical Stack

• Languages & Libraries: Python, JavaScript, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost
• Deep Learning: PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred) or GCP
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle
• Distributed Processing: Apache Spark, Apache Flink

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied analytics.
• Proven track record leading technical aspects of projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong hands-on expertise in building, validating, and deploying ML models.
• Ability to balance deep technical work with practical business impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken mandatory)
