About the Team

The AI Solutions & Product Management team within ISG focuses on defining, building, and scaling enterprise AI solutions that combine infrastructure, software, and partner ecosystems. The team works cross‑functionally with engineering, product, sales, partners, and customers to bring differentiated AI solutions to market across industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and smart spaces.

Internship Overview

As an AI Solutions & Product Management Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of AI technology, product strategy, and enterprise solutions. You will support real‑world initiatives related to AI solution definition, product lifecycle management, competitive analysis, and go‑to‑market planning, working closely with senior product managers and AI solution leaders.

This internship is designed for candidates who are curious about how AI solutions are built, positioned, and delivered at scale in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition and documentation of AI solutions, including use cases, reference architectures, and value propositions
• Assist product managers with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights related to AI infrastructure and solutions
• Contribute to product and solution roadmaps, aligning customer needs with technical capabilities
• Help develop go‑to‑market materials, including solution briefs, internal enablement content, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, partners) to support AI solution launches and updates
• Analyze industry trends in AI, generative AI, MLOps, AIOps, and enterprise infrastructure and summarize findings for leadership
• Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and strategy discussions to gain exposure to enterprise product management

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in written and verbal form
• Interest in AI, enterprise technology, and product management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or experience related to AI, machine learning, cloud, data analytics, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with product management concepts (roadmaps, requirements, lifecycle management)
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or basic data analysis (nice to have)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
