How will you make an impact in this role?
Digital acquisition is one of Amex’s top priorities. Core to delivering on this priority are Card, loans, banking, and payment application and onboarding experiences that enable our customers to apply for our products with the least amount of effort, wherever and however they choose to apply. In addition to an enormous emphasis on users and usability, our team is responsible for growing new accounts acquired and accounts receivable by increasing application completions and approvals.
In this role, you will partner with Technology, Marketing, Research, Analytics, Risk, and UX/UI teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and compliant onboarding solutions that directly drive growth.
You will serve as the AI product champion for EAPP, embedding intelligence into core platform capabilities and driving the evolution from static, rule-based workflows to predictive, adaptive, and generative experiences. This includes identifying high-impact AI/ML and Generative AI use cases that improve conversion, streamline decisioning, reduce friction, and enhance customer personalization — while adhering to Responsible AI and governance standards.
You will influence platform architecture and roadmap decisions to ensure EAPP is AI-ready, scalable, and positioned to support future model integrations, experimentation frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
8-10 years of Product or Solution Management experience.
Experience ideating, implementing and monitoring product, governance frameworks, including defining and tracking KPIs
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Technical acumen.
Strong understanding of API integrations.
Experienced to lead large scale program and establish new processes
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You’re able to articulate the reasons behind your work and bring others along with you.
Strong collaboration & relationship skills –You will be the evangelist for the strategy and roadmap but won’t be successful without bringing others along with you. Your ability to listen deeply, contextualize your insights are essential to achieving the best outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with competing resources and priorities.
Hard-working, self-motivated, and strong willingness to learn and make an impact.
Preferred Qualifications:
A combination of technical expertise, product management experience, and strong leadership skills, with a focus on ensuring products align with business strategy and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle.
