AI Specialist / App Developer

· Design and develop AI-powered applications using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

· Build and maintain mobile and/or web applications integrated with AI models.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless AI-driven experiences.

· Develop and optimize algorithms for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and automation.

· Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML, and app development.

· Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI models and applications.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in AI models and app functionality.

· Deploy and monitor AI solutions in a production environment, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

· Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn, OpenAI, or similar AI frameworks.

· Experience in mobile (Android/iOS) or web development using Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or React.js.

· Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and database management (SQL, NoSQL, Firebase).

· Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, reinforcement learning, and AI-driven automation.

· Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).

· Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with AI ethics, model explainability, and bias mitigation.

· Familiarity with big data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka.

· Experience in deploying AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps frameworks.

· Previous experience in a similar role, developing AI-powered applications.
