Role Overview
As the AI Systems & Automation Strategist, you will be the primary architect of Savvital’s internal "operating system." This is a high-impact, "builder" role focused on transforming a modern legal services company into a scalable, AI-powered organization. You will design, build, and deploy automated workflows that directly enhance client experience, attorney productivity, and firm growth.
Essential Functions

System Architecture:
Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems rapidly across the Actionstep (CRM), Microsoft 365, and QuickBooks ecosystems.

Operational Transformation:
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies by designing end-to-end workflows (Intake → Drafting → Signing → Funding).

Technical Integration:
Utilize APIs, low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make), and custom scripting to connect disparate platforms.

AI Governance:
Implement human-in-the-loop validation systems to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards while reducing AI hallucinations.

Data Leadership:
Develop real-time dashboards for leadership to track KPIs such as revenue, conversion likelihood, and marketing ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and marketing teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Key Focus Areas (First 6–12 Months)

Trust Funding Automation:
Build and integrate scalable funding workflows to reduce backlogs.

AI Recommendation Engine:
Analyze client inputs to generate structured plan recommendations.

Drafting Acceleration:
Develop AI-assisted tools integrated with Wealth Docx to speed up document production.

Marketing Engine:
Deploy AI-driven content generation and campaign analytics.
Skills & Competencies
Core Technical Skills

AI Proficiency:
Strong experience with LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).

Automation Mastery:
Expert-level use of Zapier, Make, and API integrations.

Data Visualization:
Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Programming:
Python experience is highly preferred.
Vibe Coding & AI Skills (Critical)

Advanced prompt engineering and AI-assisted rapid prototyping.

Ability to validate, refine, and productionize AI-generated code.

Experience orchestrating multiple AI tools into a cohesive system.
Business & Operational Skills

Experience & Education

Required:
3–5+ years in AI development, automation, or systems engineering.

Proven track record of building and integrating AI-driven business solutions.

Experience in LegalTech, FinTech, or professional services.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience building AI systems.
