As the AI Systems & Automation Strategist, you will be the primary architect of Savvital's internal "operating system." This is a high-impact, "builder" role focused on transforming a modern legal services company into a scalable, AI-powered organization. You will design, build, and deploy automated workflows that directly enhance client experience, attorney productivity, and firm growth.
- System Architecture: Design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems rapidly across the Actionstep (CRM), Microsoft 365, and QuickBooks ecosystems.

Operational Transformation: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies by designing end-to-end workflows (Intake Drafting Signing Funding).

Technical Integration: Utilize APIs, low-code/no-code tools (Zapier, Make), and custom scripting to connect disparate platforms.

AI Governance: Implement human-in-the-loop validation systems to ensure legal accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards while reducing AI hallucinations.
