Your Role
AI Factory is the product and technology arm dedicated to discovering, delivering, and scaling AI products and platforms. The mission is to build sovereign, secure, and scalable AI solutions that transform operations and services. We are pioneering the world’s first AI-native ecosystem, and Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a critical role in ensuring delivery excellence across products, platforms, and complex integrations.
Your Skills and Experience

Program and Project Delivery & Execution - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple GenAI and AI/ML programs, from scoping through delivery and post-launch success - Define detailed project and program plans, work breakdown structures, and success metrics - Track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation across functions (product, engineering, data, infra, design). - Drive execution to meet agreed delivery timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Technical Leadership & Support - Drive and collaborate on technical discussions with product, technology, and business teams on solution design, system architecture, APIs, and integration strategies - Provide structured technical trade-oQ analyses to support decision-making - Support AI implementation reviews, including model accuracy and performance, data readiness, and solution architecture - Ensure scalability and security requirements are addressed for government-wide deployments.

Governance, Reporting & Tools - Establish and maintain governance structures for program oversight and accountability - Develop and standardize executive reporting templates (KPIs, budget utilization, program health, risk heat maps) - Create and maintain portfolio dashboards and trackers using PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project) and ensure program documentation is complete, current, and accessible for stakeholders - Run regular program governance forums (e.g., weekly sprint reviews, monthly executive updates, quarterly portfolio reviews).

Stakeholder Management & Communication - Develop and maintain a stakeholder communication matrix to ensure alignment across internal teams and external government partners - Lead program reviews and steering committee meetings with clear, concise updates - Balance competing stakeholder priorities, and drive consensus on scope, timelines, and trade-oQs - Support change management processes for scope modifications and program pivots.

Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance - Identify, track, and mitigate risks, including legacy system constraints, data quality, and model performance gaps - Proactively flag issues, propose mitigation

strategies, and maintain risk heat maps - Monitor delivery quality and establish acceptance criteria for go/no-go decisions at each program phase.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

Relevant years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or product delivery.

Proven track record of delivering GenAI and AI/ML systems, enterprise software, or cloud infrastructure projects.

Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI/ML products and projects (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, data pipelines).

Strong technical foundation to engage engineers on architecture, APIs, and deployment.

Experience with program governance and reporting using PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, etc.).

Strong communication and executive reporting skills.
