We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Trainer to design, deliver, and facilitate comprehensive AI training programs targeted at non-technical corporate professionals. This role focuses on empowering business teams and senior leaders from junior staff to heads of departments and board directors to confidently adopt and use AI tools in their day-to-day work to increase efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Design & Delivery
Develop and deliver hands-on, practical, and interactive AI training focusing on real business applications.
Conduct individual and group exercises that allow participants to build direct experience using AI tools.
AI Tools & Applications Training
Train employees on the use of advanced workplace AI tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents & automation, workflow automation, Power BI, and emerging AI productivity platforms.
Teach advanced prompting techniques, automation strategies, and AI best practices tailored to workplace tasks and workflows.
Curriculum & Program Development
Design structured learning paths that include theory, real-life case applications, industry trends, and ethics.
Create tailored content for different corporate functions: Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, HR, Operations, Project Management, Engineering, etc., across industries including Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Construction, Healthcare, Hospitality, Laboratories, Entertainment, and more.
Audience Engagement & Facilitation
Deliver training with confidence to large and diverse audiences, ensuring high engagement and interaction.
Adapt communication style to suit non-technical participants, senior executives, and mixed-role groups.
Evaluation & Performance
Assess progress through exercises, challenges, and feedback.
Maintain consistently high satisfaction scores and participant engagement metrics.
Continuous Improvement & Trending Expertise
Stay up-to-date on AI trends, tools, updates, and industry use cases.
Continuously enhance training programs based on feedback and new technology developments.
QualificationsBachelor s degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred backgrounds: Digital Transformation, Data Analysis/Business Analysis, or related corporate AI application roles.
Fluent in English excellent spoken and written communication is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience delivering corporate training or workshops, particularly to senior professionals and large multi-disciplinary groups.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills, able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
Confident in engaging diverse participants, including executives, managers, and cross-functional corporate teams.
Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or soft-skills-based positions is a strong advantage.
Deep knowledge of workplace AI tools and ability to stay current with rapidly evolving technologies.
