Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Online Trainer to deliver engaging and interactive online training sessions for learners pursuing e-commerce courses. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in e-commerce operations and online teaching skills to create an impactful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live online training sessions on e-commerce topics, including but not limited to: digital storefront setup, online marketing, logistics, payment systems, and customer experience.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and exercises aligned with course objectives.
• Engage learners through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical examples.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain professional standards and ensure high-quality online learning experience.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online selling, or digital marketing.
• Prior experience in teaching, training, or conducting online workshops is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with online training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
