Digital Marketing Executive/Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive/Manager to lead Hindex Group’s growth across digital channels, marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
You’ll own product launches on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce channels while driving integrated marketing campaigns that attract, engage, and convert both B2B and B2C customers.
You’ll combine creative storytelling with data-driven strategy — managing campaigns, optimizing content, and ensuring strong brand visibility and conversion across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do1. Campaign Strategy, Execution & Lead Generation
- Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth across both B2B and B2C segments.
- Build and maintain a marketing calendar that aligns product launches, digital campaigns, and seasonal activations.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, paid media, and events to generate qualified leads and increase sales.
- Collaborate with designers, web developers, and agencies to deliver high-impact creatives and messaging.
- Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize continuously for lead generation and conversions.
2. E-Commerce & Product Launch Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize product launches on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create and manage product listings, imagery, and descriptions optimized for SEO and conversion.
- Oversee pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies to drive visibility and sales performance.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer experience.
- Monitor product performance, reviews, and competitor activity to refine positioning and strategy.
3. Content Creation & Brand Messaging
- Write and edit compelling marketing content for websites, ads, landing pages, emails, and social media.
- Craft consistent, conversion-focused messaging that communicates Hindex Group’s quality and innovation across all channels.
- Develop brand storytelling strategies that resonate with both end customers and business partners.
- Coordinate production of photo/video content for new launches and campaigns.
- Repurpose and distribute content strategically across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
4. SEO, SEM & Website Optimization
- Implement SEO best practices across website and product pages to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Manage on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and technical improvements in collaboration with the web team.
- Run paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Use A/B testing and data analysis to improve conversion funnels and lead quality.
5. Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Define and track KPIs across marketing channels and e-commerce platforms.
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Shopify Analytics to monitor performance.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for optimizing content, ad spend, and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs, and lead generation outcomes.
6. Collaboration & Growth Strategy
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and logistics teams to align marketing goals with business priorities.
- Support the creation of B2B sales materials and digital assets for distributors and partners.
- Identify new digital channels, influencers, and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain Hindex Group’s competitive edge.

What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or e-commerce management.
- Proven success in launching and growing products on Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Experience with lead generation, SEO, email marketing, and paid digital advertising.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Solid understanding of analytics, reporting, and ROI optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Shopify, and email automation platforms.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce startups is a plus.
