You will play a crucial role on the overall digital strategy deployed on digital media, related e-commerce activity and driving social campaign for Grand Hyatt Dubai. You will work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Marketing, to gather relevant data and support all business requirements and objectives.

Support the digital marketing team in driving direct bookings through brand.com; create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.

Responsible to update and maintain websites and micro-sites; work with partnered agencies to ensure contents are current and optimized for search engine and user experience is optimum for driving conversion rates.

Responsible to monitor and respond guests’ online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.

Track and report performance; provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.

Collaborate with internal team and stakeholders to develop digital plans.

Work closely with external partners for comprehensive strategic recommendations and ensure campaign’s KPIs are achieved across all channels.
