AI Trainer (Teacher Training)

We are hiring an AI Trainer to train school teachers to confidently teach AI & Generative AI in classrooms. This role focuses on practical workshops, coaching, and creating classroom-ready resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Train teachers on AI fundamentals, GenAI, and prompt skills (classroom-focused)

• Plan and deliver workshops, demo lessons, and follow-up coaching sessions

• Create teacher resources: lesson plans, activities, worksheets, rubrics, and guides

• Support teachers to integrate AI into subjects (ICT/CS, Science, English, etc.)

• Ensure Responsible AI practices: privacy, bias awareness, safe use, academic integrity

• Track progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Education / Computer Science / IT / STEM) — Master’s preferred

• 2+ years experience in teacher training, workshops, or instructional coaching

• Strong AI/GenAI understanding with hands-on tool experience (ChatGPT/Gemini/Copilot, etc.)

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, teacher-friendly language

• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills

• Familiarity with education tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft/LMS)

• Certifications (Preferred): AI/ML, Instructional Design, Google/Microsoft Educator, or relevant PD certifications
