The Opportunity

To support our expansion plans, we are currently hiring AI Transformation & Enablement Lead to strengthen our team and embark on an exciting new journey with us. We are looking for a strategic transformation leader who will design and implement a scalable model for AI adoption across ERP implementation projects (IFS Cloud) and the entire organization. Your mission will be to establish AI working standards, build an AI first culture, and genuinely increase delivery efficiency and quality through intelligent automation and modern AI tools. You will report directly to the CEO (or Delivery Director, depending on the final organizational setup) and play a key role in shaping the company's AI enabled operating model. This is a transformational role with a natural career path toward the position of Head of AI Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global AI strategy (12-24-month horizon) covering all company branches and functions.
• Integrate AI into the full ERP (IFS Cloud) implementation lifecycle: presales, analysis, configuration, development, testing, release, and handover to support.
• Map organizational processes (delivery, sales, finance, HR, service) and identify high-ROI AI use cases.
• Design and implement an AI Governance Framework (GDPR compliance, NDA standards, cybersecurity, data policies, integration standards).
• Select and implement AI tools (LLMs, automation solutions, workflows, MLOps/AI Ops components) in alignment with client policies and internal standards.
• Support AI adoption across business units by building a network of AI Champions and structured training programs.
• Standardize AI usage in project documentation (BRDs, configuration documentation, test cases, release notes) and development processes (code completion, RAG, automated testing).
• Monitor AI implementation effectiveness (time, cost, quality, risk) and report results to the Management Board along with further recommendations for further actions.
• Continuously monitor AI market trends and recommend strategic investment directions.

About You What we expect?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation projects (IFS experience will be an advantage).
• Experience in designing and actually implementing operational processes in a project-driven environment.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools used in business environments (LLMs, automation tools, integrations, workflows, MLOps/AI Ops).
• Experience as a Project Manager, Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Experience in digital transformation or organization-wide optimization initiatives.
• Strong systemic and structured thinking.
• Clear ROI orientation and focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to translate technology into tangible financial and operational benefits.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build authority and enforce standards across multi branch environment.
• A pragmatic approach to innovation - focused on outcomes rather than technology hype.
