We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager / Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and help us scale with top-tier real estate talent.

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-performing real estate agents and support staff. This role directly impacts company growth and revenue through strategic hiring and talent development.

This is a leadership-level position ideal for someone with strong recruiting experience in real estate, sales, or high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top real estate agents
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, job websites, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and candidate evaluations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of licensed real estate professionals
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring goals and performance metrics
  • Design onboarding systems to ensure new hires integrate successfully
  • Track recruiting KPIs and hiring performance metrics
  • Strengthen employer branding and market presence
  • Create retention strategies and agent engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or hiring management in real estate
  • Experience in real estate or high-performance sales environments preferred
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring or recruitment targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, strategic, and performance-driven
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: AED6,000 – 10,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Commissions: Performance-based commissions tied to successful hires and production benchmarks
