Role Overview ​We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented HR Manager to lead the human resources functions across our diverse business units. The ideal candidate will be a "talent magnet" with a proven track record of scaling teams in the Dubai market and leveraging the Zoho One ecosystem to streamline operations.

​As a conglomerate, we require someone who can pivot between different industry requirements—from retail and construction to tech and services—ensuring a seamless talent pipeline and compliance with UAE Labor Laws.

Key Responsibilities ​1. Strategic Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using Zoho Recruit (Zoho One) to ensure a data-driven hiring process. 2. ​Talent Pipeline Management: Actively leverage an existing network of high-caliber professionals to fill critical vacancies across the group quickly. ​3. Onboarding & Integration: Design and execute onboarding programs that align new hires with the unique culture of each subsidiary. ​4. Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure all HR activities (contracts, visas, terminations) are strictly compliant with the latest UAE Federal Decree-Law on.Labor Relations. ​5. Performance Management: Implement KPIs and appraisal systems across different departments to drive productivity and employee retention. ​6. Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.

​Candidate Requirements ​Location: Currently residing in the UAE (Mandatory). ​Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct hiring experience within the Dubai market. You must understand the nuances of local sourcing, visa processing, and the "war for talent" in the region. ​Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Zoho One, specifically Zoho Recruit and Zoho People. ​Network: A proven and ready-to-use list of pre-vetted candidates across various sectors (Sales, Admin, Operations, etc.) is highly preferred. ​Demographics: This specific role is open to Female candidates to meet our current diversity and linguistic requirements for our stakeholder demographic. ​Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. ​Relevant Additions (What you may have missed) ​PRO Coordination: Knowledge of the GDRFA and MOHRE portals to oversee the visa application process and work permits. ​WPS Payroll Knowledge: Familiarity with the Wage Protection System (WPS) to ensure timely and legal salary transfers through Zoho Books/Payroll. ​Cultural Intelligence: The ability to navigate the multicultural workforce of Dubai, specifically managing the expectations of both blue-collar and white-collar employees. ​Vendor Management: Experience dealing with Dubai-based recruitment agencies and job portals (Bayt, LinkedIn, GulfTalent).
