HR Executive

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can effectively manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations while supporting a fast-growing IT company focused on innovation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
• Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
