Purchase and HR Coordinator

Job Title : Purchase and HR Coordinator

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Purchase and HR Coordinator to join our team and support our operations with efficient purchasing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials from suppliers and coordinate with field team for the delivery
  • Identify and build relationships with new suppliers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager and site teams for daily requirements.
  • Maintain proper records of purchases and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with Finance and submission of the bills
  • Handle HR related tasks employee joining, salary, leaves, etc

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Hindi and English
  • Strong time management and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on site and delivery requirements
  • Professional attitude and good communication skills
  • Good human management skills and ability to deal with all level of employees

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in the Same field.
