Human Resources Generalist

We’re hiring a proactive, hands‑on HR Generalist to manage end‑to‑end HR operations with a strong focus on blue‑collar workforce management and Learning & Development. This individual contributor role owns recruitment, onboarding/visa coordination, HRIS/records, ER/discipline, training delivery, and HR analytics—ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and alignment with business needs.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Recruitment & Workforce Management : Lead end‑to‑end hiring for blue‑collar roles (drivers, helpers, warehouse, technicians, etc.).
  • Align with business on manpower plans; drive timely closures via vendors, portals, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • HR Operations : Manage onboarding, documentation, visa processing/PRO coordination, and full employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain HRIS and employee records; ensure adherence to company policies and UAE Labour Law .
  • Learning & Development (L&D) : Identify training needs for blue‑collar and support staff; coordinate and deliver inductions and skills programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports (Advanced Excel) on attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and hiring KPIs.
  • Prepare presentations and insights for leadership reviews.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement : Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Drive engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale, and compliance culture.
  • Stakeholder & Compliance : Partner closely with Operations, PRO, and Finance; support audits and process improvements.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal governance.


Desirable Candidate Profile


  • Experience: 4-6 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE , with strong exposure to blue‑collar/volume hiring .
  • Regulatory: Solid, practical understanding of UAE Labour Law (mandatory).
  • L&D: Hands‑on involvement in training needs analysis, inductions, and program coordination/delivery.
  • Technical: Advanced Excel (dashboards, analysis, reporting); HRIS/ERP exposure (e.g., SAP/SuccessFactors/Oracle) preferred.
  • Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills; detail‑oriented; high ownership; able to work independently as an individual contributor ; process‑improvement mindset.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in high‑volume or multi‑site environments; audit support; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu language skills.
